After Sales Service
After market service is critical to our business and is an essential part of our product offering.
We have qualified engineers (trained by our principals) to guarantee appropriate machinery installation and commissioning as well as full uptime of the supplied vehicles and machinery. Spare parts are available ex-stock and on order.
We also offer Service and Maintenance contracts on an annual basis and/or during the life of the equipment based on customers’ requirements.
Workshop
We operates two fully fledged and dedicated workshop facilities complimented by experienced engineers and technicians in the various product lines we represent.
We also offer mobile workshop services to customers . The stores department boasts vast experience in spare parts management with particular emphasis on the brands supplied by the company.
We guarantee delivery of a quality service of work in all our operations. Quality is always the result of high intention, planned process, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of different backed by over 40 technical staff.
Rentals and Leasing
Renting and Leasing does more than reduce costs.
It allows you to take advantage of the expertise of staffed professionals who will assess and secure the right equipment for the job and offer a wide-variety of specialized and modern equipment. Through our subsidiary, Mc Leod (East Africa) Ltd, the group can offer the following:
- Financing options depending on volume of the contracts, particularly operating leases for selected equipment.
- Dry Rentals (exclusive of operators) for selected equipment. Operator training can be provided at an incremental cost.
- Dry rentals (inclusive of operators) for selected equipment.
